What's included in the free plan?
The free plan is a one-week trial of the full modeling system — unlimited users, models, and dashboards, real-time multiplayer editing, comments & notifications, and the activity log — plus 25 AI credits and 100 compute credits to try things out. No credit card required.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are a flat monthly price — $229 for Starter, $1,900 for Growth, and $4,200 for Pro — billed annually. Prefer to pay month-to-month? That's an option on every plan for about 20% more. Enterprise pricing is custom, so talk to us for a quote.
What are AI credits and compute credits?
AI credits power the Clive Companion — each time it builds, analyzes, or answers a question, it uses a credit. Compute credits cover the heavier data work behind the scenes, like refreshing models and running large calculations.
Every plan includes a monthly allotment of both, and higher tiers include more of each.
Do you charge per user or for integrations?
No. Every plan includes unlimited users — human or AI — at no extra cost. And when you connect an integration, we cover the associated API fees ourselves; nothing is passed on to you.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down a tier at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and your models, data, and dashboards stay exactly as they are.
What happens if I run out of credits?
We'll let you know as you approach your monthly AI or compute credit allotment so nothing catches you by surprise. Credits refresh at the start of each billing period, and you can move up a tier any time you need more.
Do you offer SSO and other security features?
Every plan supports Google and Microsoft login. SSO (Google, Microsoft, and SAML), audit trails, and the public API are included on Enterprise.
