Clive's subprocessors are third-party entities authorized to process data in support of Clive's services and in accordance with our service agreements. Clive requires each subprocessor to meet contractual obligations regarding security and compliance controls under applicable data protection regulations.

The table below lists the subprocessors currently engaged by Clive, the services each provides, and the country in which it processes data. Subprocessors are engaged under the terms of Clive's Data Processing Addendum, which governs their obligations and your rights regarding their appointment and replacement.
